His proficiencies include the planning, design and management of building, transport, and water infrastructure in addition to sustainability related Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. As a senior Facilities Management consultant, he has spearheaded company strategic goals and objectives by reporting to multiple leaders and drawing on his deep industry alliances. Mohd Rafiq holds a degree in Construction Management and a Masters in Energy, Environment Technology, and Economics.
Mohd Fadzil has more than 25 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry. His expertise comprises a range of skills including Building Management Systems, Continuous Commissioning and Integrated Operations Centers. He is a registered professional engineer as well as a member of the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) and the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia.
Shahridan Sharif started his career as Project Engineer at PETRONAS and subsequently spent 14 years with two Project Management Consultants where he developed his skills as a Project Manager. In this capacity, Sharif has managed various distinguished infrastructure projects including Putrajaya and Iskandar in Johor, Malaysia. Sharif received his Professional Project Management Certification from PM Institute, USA and his engineering degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York, USA.
Fauzan Syah is a veteran waste‑management strategist with over 31 years of experience leading national‑scale waste programs, pioneering Waste‑to‑Wealth technologies, and shaping sustainable infrastructure across Malaysia and the region. His leadership spans concession expansion, scheduled‑waste facility development, green financing, and advanced treatment technologies—including Malaysia’s first Radiolysis‑Assisted‑Pyrolysis project—positioning him as a regional expert in circular‑economy transformation and integrated waste‑system planning.
In his over 17 years of experience, Mohd Arif has overseen facility management operations and consultancy projects at various prestigious Malaysian buildings including the Prime Minister’s Complex and Medini City. He has also directed facility management operations at renowned organizations such as WASL, Dubai and Emirates National Bank of Dubai. Mohd Arif has more recently moved to Kuwait to join Nowal as a founding member of Marauders.
Nowal Al-Najjar is one of the founders of Marauders and has led the company since its inception. She has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Asset, and Facilities and Maintenance Management and has been part of the operational teams in many iconic buildings in Kuwait. She played a crucial role in establishing Maraudersand leading the Company to where it is today.
